Failing to complete some simple but important maintenance steps can result in system failure and expensive repairs along with public health and storm water pollution problems. Maintaining this vital system is important for all these reasons. We have provided the following resources in an attempt to assist you in maintaining your septic system. Please make use of these materials and if you have any questions please contact the Environmental Health Section of the Gwinnett County Board of Health at 770.963.5132 or go to their website at www.gwinnetthealth.com.
